1. Online Yoga Classes

Our yoga sessions are conducted online through live video platforms such as Zoom.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have:

• A safe and suitable space to practice
• A stable internet connection
• Any equipment they wish to use during the class

Participation in the class is voluntary.

2. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Yoga and physical exercise involve physical activity that may carry a risk of injury.

By participating in our classes, you confirm that:

• You are physically able to participate in yoga activities
• You will practice at your own pace and within your physical limits
• You have consulted a medical professional if you have any health concerns before participating

If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during a session, you should stop immediately.

Participants who prefer not to appear in recordings may turn off their camera during the session.

Yoga classes are offered through a monthly subscription.

The subscription provides access to four live sessions per month, unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Participants are responsible for managing their subscriptions.

All subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.

If technical issues occur that prevent participation, please contact us and we will attempt to assist you.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully during all sessions.

Disruptive, inappropriate, or abusive behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.

9. Schedule Changes

We reserve the right to adjust class schedules, instructors, or session availability if necessary.

Participants will be notified of any significant changes whenever possible.
