Refund Policy for Products

• Products/Services purchased directly from SILVABAK are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
• SILVABAK から直接購入した製品/サービスは、以下の条件に従って返金の対象となります。
  • The product/service is defective or damaged upon receival of the product.
  • The wrong product/service was delivered.

• Clearly state the reason for your refund request, and provide any relevant supporting documentation, such as images of damaged products.
• Provide a digital copy of the receipt
• Provide the date the product was purchased.
• Name of the product

Refund Processing Time for damaged/wrong product sent by us:

• Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 10-15 days.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• The product purchased will be fully refunded.
